30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Statement

Because our spreadsheets are digital goods delivered via instant download, they are typically non-returnable. However, to ensure absolute satisfaction, we offer a voluntary 30-Day money-back guarantee on all purchases under fair use conditions. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can submit a refund claim within 30 days of purchase.

💌 How to Request a Refund & Conditions

To request a refund, please email our support team at contact@weddingv.com with your order number and the billing email address used during purchase. To maintain fair practices for digital goods, we require that:

The request is made within exactly 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
You confirm that you have deleted all downloaded spreadsheet files and will not utilize the layout templates.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Upon refund approval, your digital single-user license is immediately terminated.

🇪🇺 EU & UK Right of Withdrawal Waiver

By completing your purchase and accessing the digital file, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
