🤝 Reseller & Merchant of Record Disclosure

Our order process is conducted and managed by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all our orders. They handle customer service billing inquiries, payment processing, and international tax compliance (including VAT and Sales Tax). By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to also abide by Paddle's terms and conditions during checkout.

📜 Intellectual Property & Digital License

When you purchase a digital wedding planner or template from WeddingV, you are not buying the copyright. Instead, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product under the following terms:

• Personal Use Only: The product is for your personal use to plan your own wedding or event.
• No Redistribution: You may not share, resell, sub-license, distribute, copy, or redistribute the digital files, links, or templates to any third party, whether for free or commercially.
• No Derivative Works: You may not modify our templates to create derivative digital products to sell or distribute as your own work.

📦 Purchase and Delivery of Digital Goods

Upon successful payment verification, your digital products will be delivered automatically via instant download links provided by Paddle upon payment confirmation and sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address to ensure proper delivery.

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our digital products and spreadsheets are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for absolute accuracy and functionality, WeddingV does not warrant that the templates will be completely error-free or perfectly compatible with every older version of Microsoft Excel or third-party spreadsheet software.

In no event shall WeddingV, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our products or website.
